You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Free Returns with BallSavr

All returns are covered by BallSavr. Once your return is approved, Royal Mail will collect the item from your address on a designated day, or you can drop it off at your local Post Office at your convenience.

Return Conditions

- Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition.

- Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to process.
